Short guides for getting the most out of MyYoda.

What MyYoda Knows

MyYoda learns from your ratings, the topics you tick, the wrong answers you mark, your notes and quick questions. It keeps short notes for each child — for example “finds carrying in subtraction hard” or “loves cricket” — and uses them to shape every new worksheet. A worksheet made this way shows a short Why this worksheet line.

To see them, go to Profile and choose What MyYoda knows under your child. Notes are grouped into General, This year, and by subject and chapter.

  • Tap ✏️ to correct a note, or 🗑 to remove it. A removed note is not used again unless you tell MyYoda the same thing later.
  • Use Tell MyYoda to add anything helpful in your own words: an upcoming test, a topic the school is on, what your child enjoys.
  • Something one worksheet suggests is not treated as a pattern; MyYoda waits until it sees it more than once.

Notes are kept per school year. When your child moves up a grade, last year’s notes stop showing here but can still help MyYoda.
