This Privacy Policy explains how Panjatan Products Trading Pvt. Ltd., operating MyYoda("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, used for login and account communication.
• Child profile information: a child's name, age, grade, and board, entered by you to personalise worksheets. This is provided and controlled by the parent/guardian account holder.
• Usage data: worksheets generated, topics selected, and feedback ratings, used to tailor future worksheet difficulty.
• Location signal: a country code detected from your request, used only to determine your local currency for credit pricing.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Razorpay — we never receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

2. Children's data

MyYoda is designed for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and children do not hold their own accounts. Child profile details are entered and managed solely by the parent/guardian, who can edit or delete them at any time from the Profile page.

3. How we use your information

• To generate and personalise worksheets and syllabi.
• To process credit purchases and maintain your credit balance.
• To send account-related emails (sign-up confirmation, password resets).
• To improve and troubleshoot the service.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and worksheet history for as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion.

5. Your rights

You can access, edit, or delete your child profiles at any time from the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at hello@myyoda.in.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices (encrypted connections, access-controlled database policies) to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
