Delete your MyYoda account

MyYoda is run by Panjatan Products Trading Pvt. Ltd. You can ask us to delete your MyYoda account and its data at any time, whether you use our website or our Android or iOS app.

How to ask

Sign in, then come back to this page and use the Request account deletion button here.

You can also do this in the app: open Account and tap Delete account.

Can't sign in? Email contactus@panjatanproducts.in from the email address you signed up with.

What happens next

We complete your request within 7 days and email you when it's done. Any time left on your plan is lost, and deletion can't be undone.

What we delete

• Your account: your email address, name and sign-in details.
• Your WhatsApp number and your agreement to receive WhatsApp messages.
• Your children's profiles — name, age, grade, board and school — and their subjects.
• The notification tokens of any phones you use our app on.

What we keep

• Invoices and payment records, for as long as the law requires.
• Worksheets, with your child's name removed and no link to you or your child — only the school, board, grade, subject, difficulty level and rating.
