Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MyYoda, a product of Panjatan Products Trading Pvt. Ltd. ("MyYoda", "we", "us"), including our website and any related services. By creating an account or using MyYoda, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MyYoda helps parents generate personalised, AI-assisted worksheets and syllabi for their children based on grade, board, and topics selected. Worksheet content is generated using a third-party AI model and, while we aim for accuracy, it may occasionally contain errors. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. MyYoda is intended to be used by parents/guardians on behalf of their children — children do not create their own accounts.

3. Credits

  • New accounts receive a one-time welcome credit balance at no cost.
  • Generating a worksheet costs a fixed number of credits, shown on the Credits page. Syllabus generation is free.
  • Additional credits can be purchased in packages shown on the Credits page; pricing is subject to change.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Credits do not expire.

4. Payments

Payments for credit purchases are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment credentials. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to circumvent credit limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to generate content unrelated to its intended educational purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The MyYoda platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by Panjatan Products Trading Pvt. Ltd.. Worksheets generated for your account are yours to use for personal, educational purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of liability

MyYoda is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Panjatan Products Trading Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
