Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MyYoda, a product of Panjatan Products Trading Pvt. Ltd. ("MyYoda", "we", "us"), including our website, our Android and iOS apps, and any related services. By creating an account or using MyYoda, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MyYoda helps parents generate personalised, AI-assisted worksheets and syllabi for their children based on grade, board, and topics selected. Worksheet content is generated using a third-party AI model and, while we aim for accuracy, it may occasionally contain errors. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. MyYoda is intended to be used by parents/guardians on behalf of their children — children do not create their own accounts. You can sign in with an email and password or with your Google account.

3. WhatsApp number and messages

Using MyYoda requires a WhatsApp number that you verify by sending us a verification message on WhatsApp, and your agreement to receive WhatsApp messages from us. These include updates about your account and your child's worksheets, reminders, news about new MyYoda features, and the worksheet and answer-key PDFs you ask us to send there. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP, but because they are part of how the service works, you won't be able to use the app again until you turn them back on. 4. Plans

A plan is payment for the use of the MyYoda platform, and of the worksheets, answer keys and other content it produces, for the children on your plan while the plan is active. It is a licence to use, on the terms in section 7 — it does not buy or transfer ownership of any worksheet or other content.

  • New accounts receive a one-time free trial period at no cost.
  • A plan gives unlimited worksheet and syllabus generation for its duration, shown on the Plans page.
  • Plans are purchased for a fixed duration and cover a chosen number of children; pricing is subject to change.
  • Plans have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Renewing before a plan expires adds the remaining days on top rather than discarding them.
  • Coupon codes are for accounts without a current paid plan, can be used once per account, and apply only to the plan they state. They have no cash value, can't be combined or exchanged, and may be withdrawn or expire at any time. We may refuse or cancel a coupon we believe is being misused, for example across several accounts.

5. Payments

Payments for plan purchases are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment credentials. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to circumvent plan limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to generate content unrelated to its intended educational purpose. Distributing worksheets or other content in breach of section 7 is also misuse of the service.

7. Intellectual property and use of worksheets

The MyYoda platform, branding and software, and all worksheets, answer keys, syllabi and other content produced through it ("Content") — including Content produced for your account — are the intellectual property of Panjatan Products Trading Pvt. Ltd.

While you have an active plan or trial, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view, print and use Content produced for your account for the education of the children on your account — for example printing a worksheet for your child, or sharing it privately with your child's own tutor or teacher so they can help that child. Copies you have already printed may continue to be used this way after your plan ends.

You may not, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise:

  • publish, upload, post or distribute Content on any public platform — including websites, blogs, social media, video or file-sharing sites, app stores, marketplaces, and public or community WhatsApp, Telegram or similar groups and channels;
  • sell, license, rent or otherwise make Content available to others, or use it in paid classes, coaching or tuition for other children;
  • use Content to create or train other products or services, including other worksheet or AI services;
  • remove or obscure the MyYoda name or other ownership notices on Content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that do these things, remove the Content concerned, and take any other action available to us in law.

Because Content is ours, we may keep it and use it to provide the service to others after removing your child's name from it (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Termination and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time, from Account in the app or by contacting us. When your account, a child or a subject is deleted, the worksheets concerned are removed from your account; as described in section 7, we keep them without your child's name.

9. Limitation of liability

MyYoda is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Panjatan Products Trading Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
